Pump problems!

My pump went last night. It was a pool pump 39gal/min. Big bummer went you're holding out on a new one for a better option. I just didn't think it would go this quick. I bought it about a month and a half ago.

Has anyone had experience with using a 007-f5-7ifc circulator for an aero unit? I think it only moves about 17gal/min, but it would work with zones.

How so? I have a 1000+gal system. I'm taking a step down from 39gal per min. If anything its way to small of a pump. I have many spray heads to feed, not to mention the flow-through I use for the filtration and bio filters
sorry, didn't realize the magnitude of your system.

What is your chamber square footage, chamber depth, # of nozzles, nozzle flow rate, size of water line, desired nozzle PSI, spray duration, time between spraying?

without this info, no one can help you.

I update my system daily. And installed the circulator already. I'm whats called a "caregiver" in my state, although I hAve space to in large a bit, so keep that in mind. I'm still growing, so I thought zones would help. 36 aero re-collection resivoirs (active aqua 25gal's). Theyre 30×30×13in each. 3/4in PEX as feed lines for the aero's, and 3/4 active aqua lines for the fish tanks. PSI per spray head is irrelevant because it has a flow through for the filter, and it's continuous flow.

I'm found out I need more pumps. I'm thinking of completely changing my systems design layout, because of room height and area. It's only about 1000sqft.

The way my state set up its laws is completely wacky, and it's making me reevaluate the basics of how Ive been operating.

ya, if you don't care about droplet quality and watering interval, any pump with the proper flow rate for the sum of nozzle flow rates would do.

This system started as a test. It's an aero/aqua hybrid, and build it with the full intentions of evolving to fogoponic. I use Antelco Rotor Rain Mini Sprinklers, but I put a mod on them for a screened root guard.

A good quality pond pump would be the way to go for low pressure/high flow aero, i`d go for something like an "Oase" if they`re available in your part of the world. I have some that are 15 yrs old and still pump like new. I ran a 55 cubic foot (418 gal) hpa chamber on an aquatec 6800 which only do about 5.5gph at pressure ;)

My system spans two floors (about 14ft up) and about 100ft of piping across so what ever pump I pick must be about to have a little muscle. Fish upstairs, Garden downstairs. Right now it's micky moused to run. I did install the water circulator and two 1200gal/hr pond pumps from Lowes. It's still just a bandaid.
