Well as I see this forum gets like 20 views a day still I figure this topic is a popular one so I will add a bit more enlightenment into the subject. I have now had more experience with the purple maxx and have been doing some experimentation. I feel its best if your using ro water at a ppm of 15 or lower that you should never exceed a ppm of 325 (using fox farm products atleast) I add purple maxx at 1/2ml a gallon first day into flowering, second week I dont apply the third week I apply at 1 ml a gallon. and fourth week and 2 ml a gallon. YOU MUST get your plants used to this product for whatever reason or you will get severe burn but not if you use slowly. Now when you add the purple maxx you may notice your ppm does not change at all thats okay it will almost double in 24 hours, so dont go adding more. There was no odd taste of any sort with the purple maxx on the bud or any retardation of trichomes. It did aid in the purpling of a few plants. You have a 30 percent chance of it changing the color, however it does add to the trichome production very nicely. I do however move my lights up 4-5 inches for around 15 hours after watering with this. (I have a 600 watt hps air cooled with a 466 cfm ecoplus inline fan). I dont know if I left anything out just ask:)

The snow storm-adds to the stacking of flowers most definently its ridiculous however I dont have alot of experience I like the fact that purple maxx is 100 percent organic snowstorm is not because they do concentrate it more themselves but the ingredients themselves are organic except one small chemical dont know what it is. but I will use it occasionally with the purple maxx using the same dose purple maxx and adding 1-2 ml snow storm with it.

Gravity-Most definently hardens the buds, after drying all my plants that have this product applied are rock hard, however do not overdo be very light it will burn your plants horribly, and move the lights up atleast a foot after application for a minimum of 24 hours. I use 1 ml a gallon the first application the second at 2 ml and the third 1 ml, as the bottle sais you can use up to harvest, and I never had a strange taste or any type of a problem. It really is a great product if you dont mind some form of chemical fertilizer, I had a 56 percent increase with the product which is quite amazing..

any questions ask:)
56%?? Wow, that's pretty incredible. How many weeks or days did you use it for? And which ones? Did you grow the exact same strain? Were most of your other growing conditions more or less the same?

I have done it on multiple strains blz bud, strawberry haze, a bag seed that actually turned purple kings kush, lemon skunk and purple haze..all having great effects. I have used all three products however I personally prefer the purple maxx and the gravity because of the purple maxx being organic but the snow storm allows the stacking much better. with the blz and the kings kush I did a side by side on the blz it ended up beingg much denser and adding a 34 percent weight gain the kings kush was a 56 percent the strawberry haze I actually got much more then expected after applying the gravity dont remember totals now..

always watered out of the same reservoir on an auto water system same growing conditions same everything so I know this shit works..I use it three times total. first time usually a ml second 2 ml third 1 ml. if im doing an eight week strain i begin using it on the fourth week..I have used it to the day before harvest and there is no odd taste at all AS LONG as you use molasses in combination with it..which I highly recccomend if you do not you will not get the insane weight gains. The two combining together seem to have a reaction for the plant.

purple max is just a 0.0.1 npk its just a shot of potassium labeled really well ..The bud hardener is shot of phosphorous plus some sea kelp there bush master is somthing i read about a while ago somthing about a growth control hormone id suggest reading the ingredents on your bottles and seeing if you cant find them any where else u might save a buck and see the same growth

yes there is very little potassium involved in the purple maxx itself whatsoever, it states right on the bottle made with mostly non plant food ingredients. and if i am remembering correst I believe I read somewhere that its a product of eel oils and some of other shit..have you ever used it?

i just started using purple maxx and snowstorm in the past couple days on my "the purps" plants. i must say i have already seen increased crystal production as well as nice purpling of many leaves and even here and there in some of the buds. things are looking up so far. im excited to start trying out the gravity.

Just make sure to not overdo the gravity and raise the lights if you dont raise the lights your buds will literally dry out super super fast and become dust basically. But I will take some pics in about an hour and move them up here to show 3 days after a heavy purple maxx and gravity together just so everyone can see some proofage:P

SWIM's "The Purps" at day 34 (8-9 week flower) after about 5 days of snowstorm, watered on the first day and foliar sprayed with a 5:1 mixture of snowstorm (2.5ml/gal) and purple maxx (2ml/gal) on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th. purple max was first applied just barely over a week ago, first applied in water, then foliar sprayed one day later, a day or two before the first snowstorm application. SWIM has seen GREAT improvement with these products, in a very short amount of time!:bigjoint:

very beautiful you can see the purpling of the leaves slightly already. Looking for good:) You gonna apply up to harvest or?

i think SWIM will probably apply at least up to the last week of flower. maybe one spray during the last week. SWIM wants to try and keep everything nice and flushed. SWIM sees results with the snowstorm overnight. it seems that when he sprays at lights off, the plants are even more frosty when he checks things in the morning, every time. heres some pics from last night:

pardon the N deficiency. things are chugging along :)
still got 3 more weeks :D

I use GH for my base, Purple Maxx (a.k.a. Snowstorm) and I freaking love it, the trichomes blow up and the purple is a people pleaser, then about 3-4 weeks before harvest use Gravity for a week and see those buds grow and get thick, and I am using Kushie Kush (An) during the whole flowering process love the 0-1-17 lots of sugars but first cycle with the KK so excited to see if its hype or not. So far the humboldt line has treated me very well, and I recommend it to my closest bro's.

I just picked up some ssu and some gravity... here is my plan:

I am currently in the beginning of my 2nd week of flower. I am growing purple kush which is supposed to mature within 50-60 days of 12/12. so i figure i have 7 weeks left. soil grow. ro water. botanicare nutes. LST. 400w hps.
I only feed every other watering. water usually 1/2 gallon per plant every 2 days. so i feed about every 4 days.

the following only applies during feeding:

in the last 6 weeks of flower:
Week 6: 1ml/gal ssu, nutes
Week 5: 2ml/gal ssu, nutes
Week 4: 2ml/gal ssu, nutes

in the last 3 weeks of flower:
week 3: 1ml/gal gravity, 2ml ssu, 1/3 str nutes
week 2: 2ml/gal gravity, 2ml ssu, 1/3 str nutes
week 1 (week before harvest): 1ml/gal gravity, no nutes

im also thinking about foliar feeding ssu, i hear that works well!

let me know what you guys think... any suggestions?? i will post pics of my progress

There feeding schedule that I had the hydro man order for me shows gravity being used at week 4 of bloom 1 tsp every 5 gallons week 5 1 tsp/5gal and the snow storm is used 1/2tsp from day one of lights on 12/12 untill week 4 then it bumps to 1 tsp a gal

the last three weeks go on the schedule as follows

3: Snow storm 1-2 tsp gal gravity 1/2 tsp gal
2: snow storm 1-2tsp gal gravity 1/2 tsp gal
1: 1-2 tsp gal snow storm and gravity is 1/2 tsp

I have personally found the snow storm to not be as potent (very effective) just doesnt cause nearly as severe of burn so the 2 tsp a gal maybe 1 1/2 would be good, I ran it with great result

The gravity I usually run 1 ml a gallon maybe a pinch more but nothing more then that or I get some severe burn

also MAKE SURE to move the lights up atleast another 6 inches higher or it will burn the fuck out of your plants and the buds will dry up very badly, after about 16 hours I then will move them back down to regular position.

anything else lemme know:)

I just bought a new bottle today of gravity and purple maxx today. The gravity has changed its application rate to 1ml to 5 gallons. They say that there growers who give them info said it seemed to work better at this rate and says it solves the problem of raising your lights and using nutes.
But then with the purple maxx says to use no nutes if using in combination with gravity. syas to use gravity from 6,7,and 8th week all the way to harvest and the purple max from 4th week on till harvest not sure of the rate bottles down in garage. Does Ive used gravity and burned them bad first time, 2nd time was good but now im adding purple maxx and am very leary of using my nutes. what do people think?

i have used snow storm for a few grows and am not sure if it makes a big difference as i have not grown much without it. i just picked up some gravity a while back and am planning on using it. is it safe to use along with high npk ratios? along with ripeners as well?

iggyzag i have read through the whole thread and you have been providing great responses..thankyou.

I got a free sample of gravity with my lightmover and it says to dial back your nutes by a third I think and it also says to raise your lights a foot. Sounds like it's pretty potent shit!

I haven't used it yet.:weed:
