Well let me tell ya. Slight edge in numbers to the Republicans, very poor turnout with the Dems. We also have a closed primary, and there is a very popular Republican clerk candidate in a primary. I had this and folks knew it, so they took a Republican ballot to vote for Lori... Those folks will come back in the general.

My reputation is that of an independent. That attracts independents, and I was endorsed from the start from a 3 term republican mayor. I just got the endorsement of a former 4 term independent Rep, and one of my REPUBLICAN opponents just endorsed me over the republican candidate. I have cross party support.

The biggest problem is the money. The DeVos money will change the character of the race, but I can use that to my advantage.
