Vertical growth is quite a bit more during flower than veg stage, so you might want to do some adjusting for height...SOON. I use "cool" lighting also, but they will still burn if they get too close. Can't say how much more they will grow, but trust me, they will take off soon.

hmm so ur saying there gonna take off again? because i know that they have a growth spurt in the first few weeks of flowering but i think i read somewhere that after that spurt vertical growth slows alot and bud growth starts. but im not sure of course that is why im here. but if u are right what can i do.. i cant make more space..

The last grow I had, 1 plant started shooting up after a month of flower and stretched out pretty good for about 2-3 weeks. You can do what they call "training" you plant by tying it down a little at a time. Bend the plant over and tie it about 6" from the top so it looks like it's drooping real bad. Sometimes you have to bend it a little each day so the stalk won't break...in other words, be careful. A little each day is safer than trying to bend it over 90 degrees.
