Question about a Seedbank i found

Today reading the forums i stumbled across:

The thing i was wondering is if anyone has used this seed bank since i don't really trust customer reviews on sites ive never even heard of before. Im looking for a place to buy some seeds for this years outdoor grow since last year i simply used some bagseeds.

The thing i really find kinda odd is that u have to send cash money in the mail. This might seem normal to some but they could just take the money and run lol since there was really no proof i sent it.

Anyone who could help would be appreciated
