Question about Bleaching

I have a 1 week old seedling that is showing signs of what looks like leaf bleaching. Is it possible to bleach your leaves under a 45w led panel light at 6" above the top. I have checked my ph run off its at 6.5 and my ppm is about 275 i have never experienced bleaching before so i am assuming this is what it is. It seems to be only significantly visible when it is under the blurple light.

seems like an awful small amount of watts at a pretty good distance to be bleaching imvho..
you have any pix you could throw up on here?

Yea im pretty sure that bleaching someone confirm for me ty. i raised the light and we will see what happens on next set.

You are growing in soil and feeding a seedling? It's probably nute burnt

I fed it some rooting nutes you think that is the issue? If that is true it sounds like i should prob do a flush as well as raising the lights. What you suggest?
