Question about chicago/nyc customs, seedbanks, etc. Help!!!!

Hey everyone, new here. I did a lot of searching on here for info. Im looking to order some really good, but easy to maintain strains for an OD GG. I really need to know what seedbank is the best and what strains are the best and most potent. Also are the fem. seeds worth it? And are autoflower strictly for indoor? (just assuming they are, maybe a stupid question) AND THE BIG QUESTION...I AM IN CINCINNATI, OH., SO WHICH ONE WILL IT GO THROUGH? I HEARD CHICAGO IS A REAL TOUGH PLACE...HELP ME OUT!!!!! THANKS!!!!

Mine came in today from Chicago.

thats good to hear. What seed bank? Im really concerned with which one it will go thru. If its coming over the pond it would not make sense for it to go to chicago for me because thats quite far out of the way....

Probably will go to the northeast(you know where)
