Question about FOXFARM?

I spent 38$ on this so i want to do it right, so i just put the soil in 3 4inch cups, the seeds are still germinating is another cup, do i water the soil alot i think they call it flushing? idont know, ALSO it says foxfarm ocean has EARTHWORM castings does this mean there are real worms in the soil still alive? isnt that bad?!...

The worms aren't alive but there is live bacteria in there. The bacteria is good for you plants though. To be honest, I don't know much about the micro organisms that live in soil but the guy at the hydro store told me to use only organic nutrients so I'm not killing off the useful bacteria. It's some reading I still need to take care of but thats the bit I know.

Also, I would transplant into moist soil but I don't think you need to flush it first. Give the soil some water so when you plant your lil guys, the roots have moisture to look for. Transplant at night as well so they have they have time to recuperate.

I hope I was able to help you out. Do some research on the bacteria and what not, cause I was told thats some good stuff to know... I really need to get on it.
