don't know what section this question should be in.
I sent a registered letter to a seedbank by registered mail. I can track it and see it went thru US customs and arrived in the foreign country. For a while it has just been listed as "Your item was processed through a facility in SOMECOUNTRY on SOMEDATE at SOMETIME. The item is currently in transit to the destination." ... the question is, will this be updated to delivered when it arrives at the seedbank? never sent to a foreign country before. and I don't know if the tracking status will be updated once it went thru foreign customs. Anyone know? it seems like its taking a long time to be delivered.
