Buy a Pairui LGSU 250C 1400D instead, works great with 5 cobs of CLU048-1212!

Comes with a 5 year warranty and is 93.5% efficient. I believe it is a bit cheaper than the Meanwell as well!

You can run 5 on that meanwell 240-1400, it will limit the fv a little bit, and youll get close to 220w. Im doing something very similar with 4 vero29's on a hlg240-1750.. It gives me about 220-225w per driver.. It will work, you just wont get the full 250w..

I've tried 5 veros with 2 drivers, meanwell 240hc1400b. One I could only get 200 watts out, the other worked fine(after hour the driver was at 280 watts at the wall. Every driver is different for some reason.
