im growing one plant with 42w soft cfl. I found my 15w flor tube. thats 18 " laying around and was wondering if iit would help at all if i added it.

Any additional light will help. Figuring how to hang the light is another question.

If anything I would say snag another CFL, Hang the floro over the top and put the 2 CFLS on the sides. Like Dros said any additional light will help.
