Questions Concerning Flowering

The first question is, can I SLOWlY change the 12/12 times? What im thinking of doing is getting the light off time from around 7:30 closer to 6:45 by adjusting the timer by 5-10 minuets each day until i get there... I know the 12/12 must be consistant however, so is this not a good thing to do?

Also, how long should i wait after switching to the 12/12 to start giving them my flowering fert. mix? The strain is pot of gold which is a medium requiring plant....

Lastly, Is it normal for some of the first and bottum leaves to be turning almost completly yellow while the rest of the plant looks healthy? This is happening on almost all 4 of my plants, and Im just assuming its because they cant reach light becaus emy plants are so bushy.... If it si normal, should i cut them off or what should I do?

Thanks

Just switch the light to the schedule that you want. The plant only knows that when it's dark, it's dark long enough to keep her in flowering. So you could have longer days if you want, just with at least 12 hour nights.

Most folks start flowering nutes in the first week or 2 of flowering. Yellowing of lower leaves during veg should happen only if they are completely shaded from the light. But if that's the case, then you'll have an overgrowth problem during flowering, and all lower growth will die off.
