Questions on moving forward with my coco grow

Hello everybody, it's my first post in this forum and I couldn't find anywhere more appropriate to post this.
I have few things I'm a little uncertain about and would like to receive some advice on.

First, the roots in the pot have now gone through the bottom of the pot and are laying on the plate container below it:

I guess I shouldn't have left water lying around there, but what now? It just feels like that stagnant water there could be quite good place for bacteria/molds or whatever. There's always gonna be a bit of runoff so do I have to clean it up after every watering?

Here a picture of the plants at this point:

About 16-17 days old, 400W MH and 80x80 tent. Canna coco plus substrate. Unknown feminized autoflower strain.
I'm wondering if I should discard the bottom middle one?, as it suffered quite a bit in the begginning and is smaller than the rest of the bunch. And the space is only 80x80cm. And do they look good otherwise??

Thanks for any replys, I appreciate it.

Time for them to go in bigger pots and no reason to get rid of it at this point, give it alittle while to see how it does

If you have the room and don't mind watering I would keep it. It's shocking how some of them can catch up. Even if it doesn't still get something off it, less yo plan to add another.

Just my thoughts :)

I agree, if I had it I would keep it, but if it is not growing and just causing you more and more problems or you don't have much space I guess I could see it being better to get rid of it or atleast giving it someone else or putting it outside

Don't let them sit in the run-off, drain it. You're growing in coir, so small pot are ok for photo's don't know about auto's
