Quick Question: Baby Plants, 125WCFL

Hi, I need this question answering, I posted it in the CFL section, but I got a heap of people telling I had to many plants and crap I didn't need to know, but no one seemed to be able to answer the Question I asked.

I have just sprouted some seeds, there coming up now. I need to know a recomeded distance for a 125W CFL, 6500K.

They are in a small closit and the bulb is in a "Dutch Barn" reflector.

I know the distance for other light sources and I'm gessing this one will be between the two. But if any one has something that worked for them please let me know.

mr green, i veg with a 125cfl (eco-light), get it as close as you can, what i have found with this cfl is it will become dim when you put a fan on it to cool it dwn so i have my fan on a timer for 15min every hour.

Missed the D&B, I'm more of a Hard Tekno man myself. I love that Easten European sound. There is some real good D&B / Tekno Cross stuff going on at the moment.

So I won't hurt my seedlings just as long as they are not to hot.
