alright...
i'm growing outdoors and was wondering

1. How many times a week should i water my plant?

2. How much water should i give my plant?

Wait to water when you stick your finger into the soil up to the 2nd knuckle. If it's dry at that depth (about 1-1/2 inches), it's time to water. The amount is impossible to tell without knowing pots or no pots, type of soil, size of plants. At a wild guess, 1 cup for a 6" plant, then go from there. That's a minimum. Every 4 to 5 days.

i always watered every 3rd day, unless it rained good, then 3rd day after that. depends a bit on how long direct sunlight hits the ground around your plants, drying it out. basically, learn to read plants. if leaves seem really droopy and ground is dry as bone when you water, you would want to increase watering. hope this helps
