Sounds cool, I'll take a look at the breeding thread.
I haven't tried hydro before necessarily, I did start a plant in an Aerogarden once, it was incredibly strong and hardy and even with a massive root structure I transplanted it to soil easily and it continued to thrive, without so much as slowing down to adjust. Hydro always just seemed much more complex in my view so I never really tried it out. May try a DWC system this year though.
DWC is easy and the growth is phenomenal. if you have a decent water source and oxygen in the water, the plants will thrive !!! i have run DWC for years, but am gonna step it up a bit with an R-DWC system this time.

What is the major difference between DWC AND R-DWC? And any suggestions for someone just trying to get a DWC system together?

DWC is the way to start. you just need a tote or bucket. a net pot, air pump, airstone, rockwool and hydroton rocks.

R-DWC involves tying all the buckets together and circulating the water.

Hello all, just a small update for now.

Decided to tie down the girls a bit more, the Colombian Gold plant was not keeping up in height as she isn't quite fully in flower yet like the autos are, just showing a small amount of pistils now, and the autos are in their stretch phase now. They got nice and stretchy over the weekend and so I did my best to even the canopy. I will do the same for the CG when she gets fully underway. I could do with a watering today but I think I will wait until tomorrow. I find it helps with the stretch phase to let her dry completely between watering. Once the Blue Mystic 1 plant gets her tops straightened back towards the light I will spray her down again with the Colloidal Silver solution. If I stop now the pollen sacks could fail to actually produce any pollen.

Anyways everyone, happy Easter and good night.

As for the girl I sprayed, she has been removed from the room to ensure I collect the pollen before it gets everywhere. She is looking good though.

These pics were taken Tuesday:

A decent pic to see them all together. Going good on bud formation and filling in well.

I know the pics with the lights on aren't favorable, but until I have a spot to move them for a photo it's what I've got. I was able to move them out briefly for a couple bud pics though.

CG is going well, flowering pretty well, looks like maybe a slight nitrogen deficiency but I will modify her next feeding to have a little more FF Grow in it since it has a higher N in the mix. Got pretty close to the light but with my light having a good fan on it to keep it cool she is doing just fine in that regard.

The Blue Mystic girl is looking great imo, she is filling up the branches well and buds are looking nice, getting pretty frosty now too.

The Northern Lights is also looking good, perhaps even the best looking I think, definitely the best smelling so far. (CG not putting out much smell quite yet)

The Blue Mystic which I sprayed with CS had a few pollen sacs opened up, will be collecting pollen tomorrow to hit a few nugs with.

CG girl had pH imbalance, it was really affecting the leaves and turning them yellow and waxy. I have given her a modified watering and she is looking 10x better.

Before (actually was worse when I got to it): 20180415_005048.jpg

After (24 hours after pH correction): 20180417_173957.jpg

The other girls are looking good, thickening up pretty well and smelling great. It looks as though the one branch on each plant that I hit with pollen has taken as the pistols have turned and are receding. If need be I will leave the one branch on each after harvest to allow the seeds to finish maturing, don't think it'll be necessary at the moment though.

Sorry about the lights, but it's all I've got at the moment.

She is filling in nicely. I have 2 new auto's going which could potentially finish even before the CG girl here.
Here's another one of the CG
