Hi all,

Thought i could remember a posting about Rabbit Poo a while back, and its use as an organic fert???

Am i remembering correctly? or am i just an old stoner with a bad memory!!

If true is anyone using and if so in what quantities. I have just rescued 2 female rabbits from the jaws of a Rottweiler and was wondering if there was any use for the poo.

Any help graetly appreciated.

All the best

Hey buddy, I posted a little bit of info on it, the post is found here.
Since posting it, I've spoken to several old time farmers who swear by it, I havent had the opportunity to use it yet though.
Peace

by brother in law swears by it, he now owns three rabbits and he built the coolest cage for them...I knew something was going on. He's been doing this for about five years now if that helps. Good Luck. He says that you have to grind the poo up till it's like dust and sit it in your water for 24 hours then you serve it to your plants...eeewwwwww

Rabbit poo works well. You may want to slowly build up the amount you use, too much and you get some burning.

rabbit poop is very hot when fresh, i think it has like 2-1-.06 or something like that let it break down some(compost) before you use it.
