hello! Just womdering if anyone has seen this or what you guys think? Im going to be growing out some Rare Dankness genetics for my next run and came across this soil mix on their website that they use for their own plants. It is a flowering mix and they claim that there is really no need for any additional nutrients needed because of this rich blend. If your slecific plants are especially hungry they recommend a feeding at weeks 3/5. Since Im growing their genetics, and I use FFOF soil anyways, I figure this wouldnt be around what Id spend anyways, and you know... Why not use the mix these genetics were developed in?
It calls for:
1 bag FF Happy Frog
1/2 bag FF Ocean Forest
1/2 bag Black Gold organic
2lb earth worm castings
5 gallons pearlite
1 cup greensand
1 cup dolomite lime
1 small coco fiber brick
2 cups FF Peace of Mind Fruit & Flower
Usimg this they claim for 90% of their plants, they only require ph 6.7 water for the entire flowering period w/ 2 feedings for the other 10% of hungry feeders.
Im really liking the look of this mix, seems like it has everything to keep it balanced/healthy through flowering.
What do you guys think? Would this be ok to jse for veg/seedlings as well, or too hot? Or just stick with my FFOF or FFHF/pearlite mix?
If anything, I just thought this was something interesting to share in case anyone was looking for different soil mixes!
