Umm YES, THATS MY JOB, Anodizing IS plastic, no matter how you look at it.
After you wash the metal clean it up real good you pick your coat.
You load your gun clip a negitive carge to your piece your coating and do whats called the 'electrode cloud'
After that you Bake @ high temps to smooth out the finish. how does it smooth? its plastic that melts.

The Micro-silver looks good though, I'd use it.
