Next rounds plants are just starting
Two la specials two OG Kush


I will be using Remos nutrients

Dutch master zone for a sterile res

840w in mars panels and 600w in diy Cree 2530 and Citizen 1212 Cobs.

Diy 4 bucket rdwc 85 lpm air

Plants are 2 weeks old one week in the rdwc the two photos are a week apart
I added the mars panels today was using Chinese 100w cobs up to this point

Here's the pre harvest that was pulled about two weeks ago after my first go at Water Culture.

Im expecting good things out of this up coming harvest now that I know what im doing with dwc. Messed up more then once last time was able to fix many of the issues about as fast as caused them , it was the start where I fucked up the most.

So far no issues besides one runt plant again..

Last friday the lights were flipped to 12/12 at 4 weeks from seed / 3.5 weeks above the surface.

Notice the runt , it turned out to have a broken stock from a led panel that was dropped. When I spotted it I cut a clone off it and set it to root last week. Seems to be making if barely.



Using a rule on the right side og kush plant first and the left side la special second





Heres the water works



The pump is plumbed with a tee and run to the top of two of the buckets that flow by gravity back to the res.



Tank has 6 of the above 4.5" stones and 2 of the below 10" stones powered by a 65 lpm pump


Each 5 gal bucket has 1 of the above 4.5" stones powered by 2nd 20 lpm pump.
I'll update in a week or two depending on the growth.

that's what I like to hear I've got 2 grows going simple diy sour diesel & the Johnson cx-6 pcg doubledream waterfarm one I'm having trouble linking them in my signature but after these grows I'm buying another light & the cob led is going into a 3x3 I'm eyeballing a 630 cmh for my 4x4 double waterfarm setup

I'm skeptical but hope you get 'er done. I've done DWC for 16 years but as a casual hobby with no yield goals in mind. Like going back to school in my 30s for chemistry a pass was good enough!

Trying to decide on a more productive method and RDWC would be at the top of my list. Got a bunch of plants in pots atm and it's a real PITA dealing with all the crap that goes with it. Looking forward to a couple elbows at least I hope and all is going well at 40 days of 12/12.

I am hopeful that the OG Kush will make the grade the two la specials I think will be around 12 oz plants , the OG is 1/3 larger then those already. I am finding that runts make 8 oz every time for me. The pound will happen just not sure when I'll see it.
Its fun trying though and will not happen without things like the cool nutrient temperature and 85 lpm of air used for 25 gallons of nutrients , That and the light power are helping to make it real.

edit I just put a second panel over the kush and the bigger la special , they are looking like they are about to explode with growth. They really start to take off once those roots set

I love the way plants take off in DWC. Amazed the shit out of me the first time and that was under 8 T-12 fluoro tubes. I always end up vegging longer than I should and end up with a jungle tho. I try to do mine as a ScroG to keep things from getting out of hand.

Once they are set Im amazed by the daily growth rate especially the first 3 weeks of flower actually it never stops they grow fast the whole time. It seems to me I can Veg for 4 weeks in dwc and and up with the same size plant as a 2 month dirt veg plant by the time flowering is over.

Someone warned about that , that i should only veg for 4 weeks with dwc so I did and they did grow like sheet alright. Really enjoy not having soil to contend with. The grow tent stays clean clean . Im hooked.

I'm hooked as well I've made mini dwc out of folders coffee containers that I veg under t-5s I only vegged this sour'd 16 days in the room then flipped ( may 4) I'm getting a perpetual system figured out where I clone right at the flip & while what's in my room is finishing I put the rooted clones in the mini dwc & have about 10-12 in of suspended roots by the time I harvest what's in the room the seedlings are teenagers I also top while under the t-5 of course some strains are heartier than others but using this method this is my result under the hps in a 3x3 room in 24 days your goal with your resources is gonna happen you've been knocking all over it

She has a great start herk , gonna be a nice one. My seedlings are a week under 12/12 as well , kinda of cool we can flower them out at the same time and see how they do, The genetics make the difference some plants just won't produce it and its no ones fault per say its the plants disposition / genes.
I find that 50% of my seeds come out as large plants and 50% as smaller sized all on their own and every time for me. Not sure if its bad luck or what.

$20.00 they're legit they supply the Bay Area,Sacramento & parts of the Central Valley here in cali I did the seeds for a long time cause the clubs were a dumping grounds for junk but in the last few years they've really stepped up their game

Canada is right behind ya (thankgod) with recreational cannabis, its such a good thing for the human spirit. Incredible really , THC is going to play a big part in shaping our future mindsets.

ppm 400 first 3 weeks moving to 650 then 750 ppm this week
PH 5.7 to 6.3

Water temp 64* night 68* day
Air temp 64* night 80* day

The left side and middle smaller plant are la specials the right side the og Kush





Tonight Im going to move the larger la special to the middle position so it and the kush fill the wall

We should see some bud-nubbins in the next week

The l.a specials look like they are in grow mode ( mostly sativas) the og has starting to make little Budllets. She is going to be a wide plant its 30 x 25 inches on week 2 , she is my great green hope !
