[+ REP] Question About Light and Seedlings [+ REP]

Ok guys, so I just received my Low Girl autoflowering seed from Attitude and I have a slight predicament;

My parents found a couple of my other plants about a month ago, so I can't really have my plants near any significant source of light, so I was wondering if it would be ok to place my plants under a lampshade on top of my TV stand in a small cup with possibly a lamp over near it, at least enough for it to receive a LITTLE bit of light.
I'm just going to put them outside when they get stable enough with a fairly developed root system.

Anyway the question is would the plants grow even without a stable, direct, and constant source of light while they are seedlings would they still sprout and grow enough for them to get into the vegetative state so I can put them outside?

I'd also like for them to be as SMALL AS POSSIBLE, so I don't care if they developed fully, and this is just for fun so I'm not too worried about the yield, as long as I get a joint out of it I'm golden.

BTW, I am 18 I just live with my parents while I'm in college and I have a job so I'm not freeloading.

If your using at least a 150 w equiv cfl you should be able to get it to veg so you can transplant it outside. Now the light has to be directly on it. Not using any nutes will make it kinda hard when it starts to get a lil bigger.

If you read the stickies I am sure you will find that is MORE THAN ENOUGH light to get at least a pound a plant.
