Replacing 2000 watts of HPS with 1000 watts COB LEDs

Had the same fan filter combo with a 600 watt hps. It moves 500cfm which is alot in a 4×8. That room stayed around 75. Now it's in the same size room different setup and very little ventilation of fresh air. I think the .5 inch holes should work. Probably buy a 20 ×20 ac filter and run screws in the 4 corners to hold it over the holes. The suction would probably hold it there but at lights out fan goes off then it would be on the floor.

Yup Craigslist is great, I haven't had to use it but next summer I will. It costs about 125-150 to charge but It is more efficient than a portable AC. Its perfect for a closed room situation. Its an 18 Seer Mitsubishi I believe .

Well, I switched to cobs so I wouldn't have to spend money cooling the room that had 2000 watts of hps. I'm down to less than 1000 and will top out at 1000 watts with way less heat.
I
posted those pics to show how tight and frosty cob buds can get. I know people thought some of my of other pics were not that impressive, trich-wise, lol.

When all 20 cobs are running, I'm pulling over 1500 watts. Damn and I upgraded from a 600 watt hps. I have a tendency to go a little overboard sometime. I was making good money so go big when funds allow!

75W/COB x 20 COBs? How much square footage?
