my buddy gave me citrix and hemlock clones. he gave me 2 phenos of citrix. one was okay for growing and i didnt get to save it. the other pheno is super weird and doesnt branch out at all. super bummed i kept the weird one. i alslo agree the citrix is nice smoke for day time smoke. the pheno i have now yields even less than the other one i had.some of the lowest yields i have came across so far. so i probably wont keep the citrix. the hemlock is nice. reminds me of durban poison alot. the black liquorice flavor isnt too strong like it was for me in durban poison. hemlock yielded nice and branched out very well. definitely want to keep her but would probably just switch her for real durban poison if i come across her again. this is all my experience growing trees vertical though. i could see the citrix doing very well on a horizontal grow with high numbers.

Just tossed another genetic from these clowns out of the grow. Had got some super sour alien beans with store credit at "the clinic" (this place is another sad story for a different day) Week 5 he/she turned herm, nice lookin buds up top, pollen sacks forming on the bottom... I know sour D genetics are prone to this, but im still blaming RPCs junk fem seeds.

Clinic has some kind of ties with RPC. Clinic truthfully had some of the best dispensary bought nug in the state 2 years ago. I watched the strains I liked go from "damn this is expensive but worth it" to "why did i even buy this". People can say what they want but rec ruined this place, they run heat stressed, seeded plants and sell them at "member appreciation" B.S.
As for the seeds, I think both RPC and clinics "the bank" seeds were never meant to spread good genetics to the public, simply another way for them to make some money. They pumped out seeds rapidly, and only offered Fem seeds... seem odd they wouldnt offer reg non fem seeds?

I was a big fan of most of their OGs and OG crosses... the 303 and Kosher were fire when they were at their best. Im still searching for a heavy genuine OG cut, like a skywalker or a ghost.

I'm growing out Lucy from RPC right now. They're at 5 weeks veg from seed and looking much better now that I stopped trying to kill them. All smell real good too. Here's the journal so far https://www.rollitup.org/t/lucy-and-the-search-for-cbd-first-grow-wild-times-fun-times.855241/ . About to update it as they're at least twice as large now. I'm going to test each plant for CBD cuz I'm guessing not every plant produces it. The plants are fairly easy to grow for a first timer like me except I got 3 or 4 seeds that produced runt twins that were more trouble than they were interesting. Will let you know in about 2 months how the smoke is.

Hey a buddy of mine from Denver grabbed me a a pack of RPC Lucy and a pack of RPC Mammoth.

I popped the Lucy in 1 year ago. From seed to finished flower the plant was at 10 months. It did exactly as they described. This plant did nothing in veg for months. Almost killed it 100 times but wanted to try it.

Out of nowhere the plant started growing better than any other I've had. I put it in flower and recently harvested. I was low on medicine and even resorted to firing the stuff up wet. Honest opinion....some of the highest quality buds I've ever had. Stuff dry now and is incredible. I'm having it sent out to be tested after it cures more. I'm pretty sure I have a high THC high cbd pheno. All the clones have rooted successfully and grow at anormal speed. I also recently popped in 2 more Lucys and both seeds have produced faster but slow veging beauties.

As for mammoth... Shit stood the test. I put it into flower at like 3 feet and the whole plant grew another 2.5 feet in first 2 weeks of flower. Buds stayed really compact and densely packed together until week 3 in and then all of a sudden the buds were bigger than anything I've ever seen. About to chop her down and all my other plants are great yielders at least 4 zips a plant and this mammoth has everything else looking like shit. Buds really do look like small pineapples. My pheno smells 100% like LACon.

II'll post up more when I know what everything tests out at.

Mammoth apparently at least lives up to the name. Buddy of mine got 3# off one medium sized outdoor plant. Huge dense nugs.

Sweet, glad to hear both of those posts. And ya, Lucy is seriously the slowest veg ever. 10 months, such patience you have! Good for you hehe. They'll grow big once you get em going though. The smell from these babies is so yummy, I hope I can keep it that way so I get smoke as good as yours.

Yeah... I kept it completely organic... A lot of squid guts and seaweed. Shit came out insanely good. Can't wait to have it tested.

Only thing is I may have spoke too soon... Mammoth is in 5th day of flush and it actually began growing new budat the stop and I've got some white hairs popping up. Gonna run s continuous flush today and let her dry out a bit and watch for anymore weird behavior.

There's still more bud on this plant than I've ever even seen produced on 6 foot tall outdoor plants. I'm just wondering if she's really an 8-9 week flower instead of a 9-10

She still smells insanely sweet. Identical to 100% LA Con. If you know the smell you know whats up lol. Anyways I'll keep everyone posted next week

Ya la confidential has a great smell. One of my favorite crosses, cataract kush smells a lot like it. U can buy little cbd testers from this one place I forget what it's called though. It's 15 bucks for 2 or 3 viles. Won't tell u the percentage but it will confirm cbd.

So mammoth didn't turn out how descrip says? Disappointing. I just popped one of them, was hoping for those huge yields with quality nugs.

Good to read this, I was considering buying another 7 pack. Glad I didn't! I will wait to see how she does first.
For what it's worth I have some mammoth clones that I just popped into flower about two weeks ago and they are all looking nice! I'll try to upload some pictures

I like the Lucy i grew out. Very resinous and sweet and piney. Having another go at it too. Would've been better if I hadn't almost ruined the plants. The seed have a twin plant issue though. And ones always a runt that will probably die if not separated. Also slows the first week of growth no matter how you look at it. As far as CBDs it satisfies my need for an effective healing strain and I will keep growing it. Perhaps even breed it for more stabilization if i can.

Using roots 707 organic soil with mostly organic nutes when I use em. Also neem oil soil drenches every three weeks as bug defense. That soil is easy to use, I use quarter nutes if any all the way into 2nd week of flower. Under 600w hps. Using Floros to start this time though. Only my 2nd grow and I'm hooked too :)

Sweet man im running hydro myself I guess it would be a DWC system with gh nutes and full fluorescent for the lights but I'm blasting them from top and bottom. Haha! I do have my mother's in soil though so it's less hassle. Well good luck with your grow bud. Nice meeting you.
