Well, it's getting cold in NorCal and I am concerned with keeping the water in my reservoir at a reasonable temp. Soon enough, the outside temps will be in the 30's the same if not colder at night.
My room is in an outbuilding (barn) and it's not very well insulated.
What methods are available for keeping the water at a reasonable temp.?
My current setup is (2) 32 gal plastic trash cans. Bubblers (air stone) in both resvs.
I used to have a fish tank and thought about using an aquarium heater. Anyone ever used one? I could rig it up to mount to the side of the res.
Is there any type of submersible heater I could use?
