Rgb led

Hello.
Could anyone explain the difference between 3W high power led 660nm or same 3w but rgb? Are RGB diodes suitable for growing? Is possible to adjust via PC exact wavelength and does it emit the same light as non rgb? Did anyone tried rgb for growing. Sorry for my ignorance, this is my first post here. TY

i used it, it does fine for vegging lol

dunno what the actual nm's are tho, but i turn the red and blu on max and the green off so its just violet light
