rockwool to soil

would it work if i started cuttings in rockwool cubes then went into 4'' rockwool blocks and let them grow indoors hydroponicly till they are fully established then plant them outdoors straight into the dirt would they survive

hydroponics 2 soil = no bueno keep em in or start them in peat moss pellets then plant em in the ground

All of my clones were out of a hydro set up,When I put em in dirt I left them in the shade for a day,they have been in direct sun ever since with no problems
