Base mix

3 c.f. sphagnum peat expands to around 5 c.f.

5 c.f. compost/worm castings

5 c.f. perlite/rice hulls.

Ammendment per c.f. of soil. I have 15 c.f. of base mix.

1/2 cup alfalfa = 7.5 cups
1/2 cup kelp = 7.5 cups
1/2 cup steamed fish bone meal = 7.5 cups
1/2 cup crab shell = 7.5 cups
1/2 cup neem meal = 7.5 cups
2 cups total gypsum and oyster shell flour
2 gallons biochar
I have 20 lbs of glacial rock and basalt rock dust also but don't know how much to add.
Does this sound right?

That's REAL close to the mix I use.

Rather than 2 cups per cubic foot of gypsum/oyster shell, I would go for equal parts dolomite lime, gypsum, and oyster shell for a total of about 1-1.5 cups per cubic foot. The dolomite lime will bring some magnesium to the mix.

Great thanks for the input. Do you know how much rock dust I should add. I have 10 lbs each og glacial and basalt?

I'd add a cup or two of each per cubic foot. You really can't overdo it with those (within reason...).
