room conditions

Ok I've been looking for this info and haven't really found the answer(although I'm usually high when on here) but I'm wondering...

What is the ideal rh(humidity) and temp for my hanging room. I want to ensure a proper cure and I'm sure that there is a target for what is ideal.

Ideal rh is 40-45% with temps between 65-75F, any other questions, feel free to ask.

In these conditions, how long to hang? I've always done 5 to 7 hanging trim then cure. But I want to get more of a perfection out of it. How do I tell its time to take em down and trim? When the stems crack?
