I will be making raised beds in my backyard for two plants that have been vegged indoors in a five gallon bucket each. they will be about 3 feet high when i move them. i live near the ocean and worry about the water table.

my question is, how high should i make my raised beds?

this would be for two plants that will go into flowering once they are transplanted.

What elevation above sea level are you? (couldn't help but notice your location)

I would say that about a 3 foot raised bed would be sufficient for your needs.

about 7 - 9 feet depending on the tide i suppose
