this is my first time using rapid rooters. Just wondering if you guys honk this is over watering/ under watering or heat stress. I have it under a 23 watt 5600k cfl about 3" away. I water usually twice a day with a spray bottle. This is exactly 1 week from it opening up and dropping its helmet.

Are you feeding it? Whats the temps in your room? Your stem is super purple seems like you have something going on. Overwatering can cause symptoms you need to let it dry out a good bit before spraying it and make sure you get it completely wet not soaked

I'm not feeding it anything yet. Just straight water right now. This is my first time starting a seedling in a rapid rooter so I'm having a hard time gauging a watering schedule. Temps are between 75 and 83 max between lights off and on but usually hold constant around 81. Should I water this thing once every 24 hours or should I water it once every 36? Any feedback on a water schedule until the roots reach the dwc water would be apppreciated. Thanks for the help!

Ive never ran hydroton purely I believe you need to keep it wet fairly often they dont hold much moisture at all if any. I think its more of a every couple minutes thing you should be doing, I'm not sure though ive never done that system.

So than am I under watering? Understanding seedling don't require much water but typically wouldn't it look a bit droopy if it was under/over watered? The plant is still growing so it must be getting enough water. I'm wondering if it's just genetics? It's paradise seeds sensi star.
