Roots Are Growing Into The Water In My Tank

i have a drip system my roots are starting to grow in to the water is that a problem? or will they be ok if you look in my gallery you can see my drip system

thats what there supposed to do, if you dont already have one you can buy an air pump and some air stone to help airate the water
