ruderalis

They are auto flower. They switch to flower by age, NOT by light period. You can leave the lights on 24/7 and they will flower when its time. You can also do 18/6 for lights, and they will flower when its time.
You can not take clones off that type of plant as the cutting is the same age as the main plant...and the plant flowers by age.

oh no way thats pretty neat. auto flowering, i read that wasnt sure what it meant. so the guy said these were sativa. but im not sure, on the net here it says a bunch of stuff about indica strains.

so they flower at a certain age. how old are they when they usually flower i wonder.

if i had a lot of light and they grew fast, would this have any effect on their flowering?
or is age alone the only trigger of flowering?

cant wait to get a bag of soil though thats for sure, i was told they should all be female seeds.

Its up to the seed/strain when its time to flower if you do not have any info other that you know it is a ruderalis. It will know when its time. How long to finish? You will have to play that by ear and keep an eye on the color of the tricombs.

You've been told you have a feminized strain. You've been told it was ruderalis. You've been told it's sativa.

Which means you've been told you have a feminized ruderalis-sativa hybrid.

Who told you this?

At the risk of sounding like a dickhead, I hope it was not Santa.

Good luck and good growing.
