I’m gonna say its that “ carolina soil “.

First , there is zero need to buy or use “ boutique soil blends “ …. RTU bagged soil ( ready to use ) - Happy frog / promix / Dr. Earth / Fox farm ocean forest.

You can always tell there is something up when the only thing on the website is just barebones. No ingredients of particular blend - is it complete or needing amendments. Is it ph buffered - etc.

You literally could have used ocean forest in bottom 1/3 of container and mild potting ( Happy frog ) to top fill the rest and just water it.

That alone would cover all of the plants needs and with a retail cost … plus availability at hydro stores / nurseries/ etc.

FFOF pricing can vary - i pay $12 at local hydro store ( cheaper than a garden center ).

Plant is showing multiple deficiencies show try to guess everything wrong is kind of moot. Plus they are heavily stressed. That is why setting up the container medium properly and simply at the beginning will cut the drama.

I ran a thread on this subject ( container growing )
