Town meeting on the 24th and the councilwoman will be exploring this topic.

So uhhh...what do we do?

Check out the Lake County fight. The growers wrote an initiative, gathered enough signatures to place it on the ballot and forced a new policy. The fight is not over as the policy is not good enough for the growers.
Get as many as you can to pack the council meeting and voice your opinions. If that doesn't work, go the initiative process. That's democracy.

It is highly possible that this will pass with several surrounding cities already having successfully passed this ordinance. Yet another step to control the flow of meds in the area. I am sure that they will introduce guidelines and restrictions on indoor growing as well when this finally comes to a head.

Yeah Elk Grove has a ban. I might take that day off and go down there and try to speak my peace.

If it does go down, then that means I'll just be planting 12-20 mid July clones in 5 gallon buckets from now on.

They're not stopping me. Fuck that shit and hopefully the cops will see it as a waste of time to even come and talk to me if someone complains.
