Good look.

Salvia Divinorium

Its a highly domesticated cultruigen herb that can only be grown with cuttings, from others, and replicated that way. If you find a seed the likelyhood of it sprouting is slim. As far as from what i've read.

I've never been into a head shop that had anything related to plain leaves, or cuttings....lightly likely, but if you do find them then yes, you can grow it, just as you could with pot......cuttings work.

most of the time the leaves that are at head shops are dried to be able to smoke, and will not be able to be used as cuttings they are in MEXICO

If you planted a salvia seed itd take two years at least for a half decent crop man lol and like the others said salvia seeds are incredibly rare as they rarely flower. If you insist on growing it then buy a cutting. But the growtime/ electricity isnt worth the harvest. Your best bet is buying large amounts of dry leaves off of eBay or somewhere and making extract yourself.
