Same Stupid Question But...

I know this question gets asked 50 times a day, and always gets pretty snarky answers, but I'm developing plans for a first time grow box grow, and I wanted to ask if anyone has a ballpark yield for a white widow seedling? I'll have a 2x2-3x3 square trashcan or large plastic tub with top. I'm going to be doing LST down to the soil and going outwards in a spiral. I'm planning on a long veg cycle, growing to 18'' before flowering. I'm also going to prune about 60% of nodes evenly 2 or 3 times, to make it more bush-like, but growing up out of the main stem instead of laterally. I'm considering 3-4 high output fluorescents, probably purple nlites, to keep the heat down, though I'm doubtful as to whether they would put out enough light. I was trying to bypass the problem of a heat management system. I was thinking of maybe keeping the height down with netting, meaning the canopy would get more equal light exposure. But anyway, does anyone have a rough conservative figure for yield of a single plant grown this way? I really mean rough, I have no idea what to expect
