I sourced it from a few places

I didnt have to pay shipping for the frame because the distribution center is near me so I did local pickup

And I got a great deal on the driver from arrow (was about 20-30$ less than from mouser) plus they gave me free 1 day shipping (should probably edit my OP with the link for that)

Couple of the bits ordered using free amazon prime shipping
Doesn't prime cost $99 per year ?

I can't wait to see what they do in flower. I got a lovely little seedling (honey bananas from elemental seeds) growing under the light right now and she is doing great. I think it's a great strain to see what the strips can do. The uniformity will make things very forgiving. Didn't like running 100w strips in the other grow, got bleaching in areas and penetration wasnt what i'd like.

Knocked her over taking the first chart but she is totally fine now. I was planning on doing 2 but one of the seeds never germinated, not surprised though because the seeds looked really small and a bit immature when I got em.

Here's a pic of her, 6 days from sprouting surface

My VPD is trash right now though. Only way my humidity is gonna get into optimal levels is when the plant gets bigger and starts transpiring a lot more. At least that's how all my last grows have went. Once my tents fill up it goes from 20-30% up to 40-60%.

A wet towel in the tent can help raise the humidity. 22% is low.

I have 2 humidifiers running, they don't really do anything even with my exhaust running on low. A towel is even less effective. Ill be fine once the plant starts filling my scrog though. Plants under intense LED with lots of oxygen to the roots transpire a rediculous amount.

Yeah haha. For someone like me who orders over 100 things off of amazon a year, it's the best $99 I ever spend each year. According to amazon, ive already saved $230 in shipping using prime this year.
I've found a $15 lux meter to be very useful.

Nice build and spec list. :)
Yeah I just got one yesterday. Mapped out some PPFD graphs using the lux and converted it to PPFD (0.014505)

Do not underestimate the C99 Cinderella, it can be surprisingly good. Although I only know the old C99, which was based on Jack Herer genetics, but was only available as a cutting back in the early 90ies.
Many breeders have tried to capture the potential of this awesome strain and get it in a seed variety. I do not know how well G13 labs did it, but C99 can be a very special genetics.
Yeah ive had the real deal cindy 99, just havent grown it. This one from G13 isnt the real C99 though, it's "their own" version of it, not the one grimm made.

I'm just gonna stick with the one lady. Ill be using a scrog to fill out the space so it'll just take a bit longer than usual. I use a really airy soil blend and fabric pots too of course so my veg speeds tend to be pretty fast once things get rolling.

I have a C99 seed from G13 labs I could pop but I think im just gonna roll with this one plant. I'm pretty sure the quality id get from the C99 wouldnt hold a candle to the honey bananas anyways.
The c99 from g13 labs (old seed stock) is excellent, brilliant for scrogging. This girl will be re-veg'd then cloned and hope to make some seeds using colloidal silver method.

Yep that's my experience. With the 1" heatsink, it only gets to 27-30c running 1.3 amps through each strip. The strips themselves dont even get past 50c.
Yes , shipped to the door the heatsinks run me $5.10 each 24" piece.
Here is some more parts for the next builds plus one frame already assembled.DSCN0831.JPG DSCN0830.JPG
Not to mention the supplemental lighting strips to add for flower.

Looking good! Good to hear it's not too shabby,I have heard mixed reviews about G13 labs.

I'm more of a connoisseur guy though, colorado has spoiled me so I like to grow stuff that is just off the walls with trichome production and calyx:leaf ratios.

To get a temp reading just make a black dot on it with a sharpie. Target the dot.
Awe yeah!

Nice to see you figured out how to get the 22" heatsink/channel to work out!

I might add a brace or two across the frame, depending on how sturdy the strips are. It'll give you something to mount your driver on as well. Frankly though, I just hotglued my driver to the back of the heatsinks because I couldnt really drill it into them.

What driver are you gonna power those with?
