It would be pretty funny if they were all clones of the same plant and therefore had the same DNA. Would be a tough one to explain in court. There is going to be some pretty stupid courtroom battles about what technically constitutes a plant for counting purposes.

And Trudy...lets be realistic here...who in the fuck gave you the authority to count a persons plants in the first place?

We will probably get a Canadian fix though, and they will sell costly registration tags to affix on the plants and then hire qualified plant counters/ticket writers with a proven ability to count to 4, to check that you did not laminate your paper registration tags or affix them between the wrong nodes.

Here in the states if its got roots its a plant, I got caught up with 136 way back when got it tossed out no roots.
