Savlia + Minors?

Hey, I was wondering what is the status of selling Salvia to minors in the US? I haven't seen anything saying it's illegal but it just sounds too damned good to be true since the US goverment is so bloody strict. If it's allowed under federal law what about Utah? I'm about to move there from the UK and seeing how it might take me a while to get hookups (if i even decide to smoke in the US since it's so risky) I want something to use so I can have a little fun . I've personally never even tried it but I've heard loads about it. How much do you need? How much does it generally cost (in USD)? Cheers.

lots of info, and head shops won't sell to you unless you are over 18, you also have to sign a disclamer when you buy it saying your not going to drive or anything like that while your on it and that they are not responcible if you do.

theres also info on laws in there, it different from one state to another state

that means right now its legal, but like i said, its like tobacco you gotta be 18 to buy from a head shop

It usually depends on the place. A lot of them won't ID you if you look old enough

Technically you do have to be 18 to buy pipes from head shops. Don't forget: what are you supposedly smoking out of it? Tobacco.

Well, yes you do have to be 18. I don't even own a piece but the times that I have gone with friends to buy them no one was IDed.

Pieces are easy to make.. Sure the professionally made ones might be a little better than what you can make at home but why waste that effort if you're under aged. Anyone know anywhere on the net I can easily buy Salvia seeds + leaves (x5-10 for starters) with a visa charge card and not have any questions about my age?

I've looked them up on ebay before.
But you would have to have an account and probably paypal..
so you would probably need to be 18.
