I risked this crap my whole life ...just like every one else up until it became MMJ....you don't have the right to "just grow" and you know it.
you have the right to grow if you go through channels so why risk it?
if you get busted, you will go through a HUGE hassle and cost so why bother? you probably won't get convicted...if you think going through all that is worth the risk then go for it.
if we have the right to grow like you say, why did Mernaugh fail?
what's changed-we are allowed to grow and move again so I say that's a lot.I risked this crap my whole life ...just like every one else up until it became MMJ....
so...whats changed?
You do what you gotta do..
..did being illegal stop you from buying it before? CERTAINLY NOT!!!
Did it stop sick people from growing...Not on THEIR LIFE it didn't!!!
so a ticket is the key to life is it? ..
I think not, I also say this fight is for just that idea and nothing more.
The courts have said if you are sick you can grow and make meds...
I don't need anyone saying how much I can use or cant use, if a doctor has signed the form even once!
To think people went legal to keep their homes and children.... What a joke that idea was. All it did was put you in the light when it was out of site and mind in the first place.
Look how people went out of their way to sign up to a newer shittier system(MMPR) and got screwed.
That is only going to happen again.....with the new AMCPR BS SHWAG SYSTEM!.
but what the hell do I know eh?!?!?!
so ya...I will fight this fight that needs to be fought and WIN, like we have WON along this shitty road to legalization...
Only until spring. It's going be tough to say I need to consult a doctor to use a product that's available for recreational use. Legalization and the reclassification of cannabis in the cdsa opens up a whole new world. HC will try to say we need a dr. to approve before granting a 'permit' to grow over the rec amount. That will end the injunction and everyone will have to register in the new program then, imo. Of course if there continues to be an organized, concerted effort by the medical community to deny patients the right to choose a safe alternative to pharmaceuticals, any changes will need to be put on hold while we argue in court.have you looked into the Mernaugh case? that loss means we HAVE to go through a Dr
I refuse to listen to people stupider than me....lol....I stop at my own level of stupid.Only until spring. i see that happening too. i really hope we just get to grow but it seems the Government wants to restrict for rec.It wont matter @doingdishes
there's another challenge if they do.They're going to try and merge the two when legal arrives, and potentially drop growing all together or force lower plant counts.
