Secrets of the West Coast Masters

Anyone read this book?? How to harvest two pound per plant. Has anyone ever tried their LST and scrogging technique where you aim for 64 tops/heads, yeilding around 1/4 of dried and cured bud from each top? I just got the book this morning and had a quick look thru it, it looks pretty easy to follow and even if I got half of what they get which would be around 8 oz I'd be happy....so anyone tried it yet????

I have the book (hardcover too), it's not that bad...basically information you can get right here on these forums, but condensed into one easy to read book. Lots of pics diagrams to clarify things as well. Even though it may look like review to some, it's a great book for those needing more information or just getting started.. Bought on Amazon.

It's defiantly a good step by step guide to LST and scrogging. As macguyver said there's is a lot of basic info on growing that u can get anywer, all I bought it for was there step by step guide to LST and producing 64 tops of the one plant, 64 tops either way amounts to a lotta weed from one plant. Def goina try their technique out one of these days

I bought the book from Drew West at at a trade show Yes all the info is online if you feel like wading through hundreds of pointless posts from trolls, newbs and wannabes. I semi followed it, built the rwdc system. First time pulled 12 oz of Jack Harer from one plant under 600 watt. I still use the method but dont count my tops and follow it to a T. Definately worth the money. Like mainlining you choose 4 branches and bend them in a north, south, east,west positions. You end up with 16 tops off of each branch.

I just cloned a lot, only vegged for about 5 weeks. Ended up w about 20 tops.
Its all a balance beteen keeping the plant short, and leaving enough foliage for the plant to keep growing.
I run 7g pots. Im estimating closer to a 1/2 per branch/top. Dont be afraid to top your plants
And I'm on the West Coast too lol

Got the book a couple of months ago, Book Kicks ass, Running 2x1000 in veg, u have to make sure u cut alot of it off. I have to say if you do it the way the west coast masters does it, you can def get huge yields. 20gal pots, can take anywere from 2.5-5gal per feeding.. Great book west coast masters kick ass!

How long exactly does it say they veg for? It just seems to me if it takes too long of veg then you could just run 2 seperate harvests and achieve the same goal. Although a 2lb plant is something to marvel at. Like a poster said above, which they had a digital copy of the book. Inly marijuana book I have in paper form is greg greens 2009 bible. Everything else is bought behind the anonymity of my computer and read on my phone at work! Is this a new book?

The bonus it there is alot of ciminality associated with numbers of plants to be able to grow one plant will save alot of people from getting locked up.

Apparently you guys needs to read up on some of Flowamasta's threads and you will see a true master at work with the scrog! He has had grows with over 60 tops!

hey guys, I have this book, I didnt build the room design but I followed the grow design with a couple of tweeks, First, I would like to say that the goal of this book is ONE pound per plant on a basis of one plant, one light. it merely mentions the best growers in the country using this get 2 pounds. the books always really expensive, I am trying to find the site where I got it for retail (lie 35 bucks i believe) but I will say this. My book either stays on the stand in my room, in the cupboard under the stand, or in my hand. I have learned so much stuff from this book, but being a fresh beginner with no grow experience at all and trying to learn and research this book totally confused me, I ended up reading two other books that I downloaded to understand more of the basics. ( I might still have the file for people to download on the other books if interested pm me.) but definately if you love to grow and want to "Go big or go home" then this is the book for you to at least check out. mine has cut index card sticking out of many many pages with labels on the top for quick skimming and looks like I have read it many times, because I have.
