seed run

if i do a seed run using cfls for october-novemberish growing since im in nz
right now
would that screw up the genes and it will be as small as the cfl grow
would it produce seeds in time and for my outdoor grow on october-novemberish
What would be a fast way to make seeds
and how early can i harvest viable seeds from pollination
