Seedling Stem Problem

I have a seedling that's about 7 days since sprouting. I checked it today and it was really wobbly. I dug down a bit around the root and discovered that the stem goes into the soil about 1 cm, then bends 90 degrees and moves horizontally about an inch before going back into the soil. :(.

Any ideas on if this is at all salvageable? Transplanting an option?

Without propping it up w/ dirt, the seedling will just fall over. It was such a promising sprout too :(.

That shit looks pretty owned. maybe try to prop it up with a straw and bury it a little deeper. See if it survives. Probably needs the light closer.
