Seedlings looking good...I think

This is the 5th day since my seedlings sprouted tap roots (paper towel method) I’ve watered twice since then (once when I planted and once today) I had a few problems planting and the shell on the bib bud x white widow didn’t shed for a couple days, but all is well now and I think I’m in good shape.
In About a week I plan on transplanting them into a 2x4 tent and I’m very interested in all the fuss I’ve been reading about quantum boards and diy kits.
Could someone please explain them to me?
What would I need to sufficiently cover the 2x4 tent? Would it work through both veg and flower stages? How much and what’s a reputable dealer? What parts will I need and do the come as one package or each sold separately? What’s the difference between these diy kits and the leds or any other type of light?

I use Quantums .... For a 2x4 , a 260w ( any of the kits ) or the 320w
Would do plenty for that space . I like 3000k for BOTH VEG AND FLOWER.

But 3500k and 4000k would work as well. With either of these spectrums you can run start to harvest.

Kits are complete with drivers and are easy to put together and hang.
They are cool running with no additional cooling required.

should be a deficiency in cal or mag if there is white spots like that.

Ok so here are all 4 plants.
I don’t think they are sick...at least I hope not. I think it’s because I’m zoomed in so much. Just like the white stuff on the stems...I can’t see it with the naked eye but when I zoom in with the camera...there it is. But this is my first grow so what do I know?
If this is a problem that anyone can diagnose...please help!
A little background:
They all are different strains, all grew above ground about 6 days ago. Watered twice w/ distilled water. No nutes yet. In solo cups under a t5 about 3”. If there is a problem, how can I fix it?
If everything is okay, when should I start feeding and when should I move into the veg tent?

Yeah dude those are just little follicles. Don't sweat it. At this point it would be astounding if you had a deficiency. A toxicity maybe but it'd likely just kill the seedling before you saw ant leaf discoloration or deformation. No sweat. Just cool it and check back in on em in a few days
