Seedlings Spindley

First week after sprouting steams are bending because the 4 leaves are to heavy. Any help THANK: Sorry that this is my first post and I'm asking already.

What kind of lights/wattage are you using? Also what kind of grow medium are you using and are you over watering?

You probably need to move your plants closer to the light, just make sure it's not too hot on the back of your hand after holding it plant distance away from the light for 60 seconds. happy growing
