hey guys I ordered seeds from nirvana and i got the bag and there was a letter from customs saying they confiscated what was in it. and they said theyd mail me a letter in 10 days for my legal rights or something. wtf can I do guys?????? I used a fake name but i used my cc card... im going crazy what should i do?

Get the next ones sent to a different address and use a different company.

You can speak to nirvana and tell them what happened and show them the letter.

I just re-read it, and it it explains that they confiscated it and it goes onto say if the imtems seized are controlled substances in schedule I or II no further correspondence will be issued to you.

then it says other illegal items ( steroids, counterfeit items, fireworks, prescription drugs, amyl nitrite, etc.) a formal notice of seizure and intent to forfeit will be mailed to you within 15 days, the seizure will explain your legal right to petition for remission or mitigation of the seizure.


So I think im fine

Ask Nirvana about it.

Just chill. They'll just send you a letter about how you can go to court if you still want the seeds. Contact Nirvana and tell them about it. They'll more than likely send you some more. It's all ok, kick back and light a j.

Just completely ignore it and do not try to reclaim your "property" and you'll be fine.
Never have the seeds shipped to where your growing and use a prepaid credit card in a fake name i.e. i have a 3v visa prepaid card.

Dunno what sort of system you have where you live but this is the card that i use in a fake name and a mates address who is clean as a whistle and i charge it up with cash at a local shop then buy what i want

damn it seems as if seeds to the states are getting seized left and right.

They are if your getting them from certain seedbanks.

The authorities are catching on to the method they use to send the seeds and more and more packages are getting caught.

I wouldn't be surprised if nirvana stop sending for a while until they figure out new packaging. They've done it before.

Not to mention that the us customs are using the new 3d imaging scanners to scan all packages that come in from abroad

They catch on to the packaging of these bigger companies now especially when they are sending them out in masses, with printed labels and a set postal mark. Its getting easier for them to figure out which ones have come from the seedbanks.
