Seeking advice on optimal density (in plants per sq") for: BlueDream, SourD#2, OG13

I have built two aero rigs so far with max density of 4 plants per sq" - one can house 171 plant and other one- 69.
I am having hard time getting a hold of bulk seed quantities on cheap (1000 per year)- so I could grow from seeds.
Right now I use clones, but I have a very limited quantities of them. Therefore I let them veg and train to SCROG. I ran this batch with only 56 plants
But this is simply too much work - worse than cloning.
Both systems are modular and can theoretically house a number of plants anywhere from 1 to 171 and 1 to 69 respectively.
Therefore, I am trying to figure out how many plants I should grow in my spaces. Bigger rig has 1KW on rail, smaller- stationary 600W. if that matters
What would you do?

From experience i can tell you, less is more. Less plants= more yield and less work. Plus other benefits are better air circulation and so easy to keep perpetual.
