I am also interested in the Original question applied to now. How hard is it to sell to dispensarys if you are mmmp certified and what is the proceess and pay like? Seems some don't have much of a selection and I don't know if that is a choice or due to low supply.

likely due to their greedy business practices
most want to pay absolute bottom dollar to vendors while putting the product on their shelves marked up 200+%
once word gets out that they want to pay 100 per ounce for top shelf product, no one wants to deal with them

To be completely within the scope of the current laws, unless you become a MMFLA Licensee, you cannot sell product to anyone other than a patient, to whom you are registered, as their caregiver.

Ok, do dispensaries enter into this agreement when making purchases? If so who? The owner? Lots of grey area there, as with most of the statutes.
That is something I had not seen before.
