Sensi seeds: Silver haze 9 or jack flash 5

i am planning my next grow and couldnt decide which strain to get. I heard a lot of good things about sensi seeds. So according to POTENCY which strain is the MOST POTENT? jack flash #5 or silver haze #9 ? I love a mostly sativa strains but with some indica in them

I have JF#5 vegging now. 3/4 germinated . So far so good on those three. Hoping it turns out to be the soaring sativa I desire to compliment my Blue Moonshine......
