Setting up the 24 lighter..

Out of curiosity why not finish the ceilings and walls first then start hanging lights and such?
Everything is caulked and insulated with foam.
Panda film is only going half way up the wall to help with relflection. It is unessary to do the entire wall from ground to ceiling. Basically, hanging the lights doesn't prevent us from finishing. There is plenty of room to have the mini splits installed and is to panda what we need to do. We ordered a longer line set for a mini splits, so in the meantime we are tackling what we can.

Running the condensers on top of the flower room. There is two large vents up top that lead outside we're using for intake and exhausting the ac air.
If you can take some pics when the mini splits are installed that would be great. that would help me with my setup.

Also just wondering if the landlord is green friendly?

I will take pics of the minis being installed next week, no problem. The landlord is cool with the spot being used for green. He has another spot available too that I might snag up in the coming months.

Looks great so far. Stupid question how do you handle security when the landlord knows what's happening? Looking forward to the updates.

Here is a shot of the outdoor units on top of the flower room, and a shot of the mini splits installed inside the flower room. It's a little messy up there, but it will be cleaned up soon enough. I have put up panda film on half the room as well as run pvc for the AC units lines to dump into the bathroom, just haven't taken pictures yet. I have to install the dehumidifier thermostat this week and hang the remaining lights. I should be throwing up a scrog net late next week or early the following week, an transferring the space bomb's 9FB213B4-BE79-477A-A981-4E25083EE124.JPG 4B6E97A3-C2C6-4A4E-9161-E124D904FB96.JPG

The
How big are each splits? 3ton each?
They are three tons each.
Having the condensers inside the building? Wont they run hotter?
No, they do not run hotter. They need fresh air into the unit and a way to get it out. There is two large vents up top that I'm using to pull air in from and another where I'm pushing air out. I have run checks on the AC's for the last few days, and they're keeping cool just fine. There are plenty of people I have seen run mini's condensers inside vs. out. You just have to know what your doing.

I didn't realize that the picture of the mini's is actually blocking the vents. I'll get a better picture here in a day or so.

How much power do you got in that unit? From the looks of the spot it seem like under 1500sf. anyupgrade in power?
I got lucky with 300 amps available, but I am not using it all. We have about 2000 sqft, including the veg and dry room.

Looks great. Hope this isn't to personal but did you find the space randomly looking? And do you deal with fire inspections? That's alot to tear down.

I actually met the landlord at the gym. We talked a few times and discussed what I do for a living. I was able to make a deal with him. I have all the paperwork I need for this to be legal within CA. Fire inspections blow nuts, but are not a problem legally.

Crazy how things sometimes work out like that. Currently looking around for space but it's been slim pickings... looks like your going to be killing it.
